There is an active Art Scene with many galleries displaying and selling canvases and sculptures from local and international artists.
Also, you will find boutiques with local heroes creating beautiful items that you’ll only find here, as well as the luxury brands. Louis Vuitton, Carolina Herrera, Marc Cain and many more are all represented on the Paseo Borne. In between you can always stop for a rooftop drink at Can Alomar or at one of the many terraces.
Outside Palma, leisure activities include yachting, hiking, cycling and enjoying the over 20 golf courses dotted around the island. Beautiful beaches and beach clubs compliment the warm and comfortable climate in spring and autumn, also hot summers for sun lovers. Make sure you rent a car and the island will provide you with the perfect stay.
The World Unesco Heritage Tramuntana mountain range along the islands West and North Coast offer tranquil hiking trails. Beautiful old villages, with superb restaurants blending world cuisine with Mallorcan tradition and a growing offering of organic farming supplying great chefs.
